  What a great experience! From the time we checked in until the time we left the staff was outstanding- friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were upgraded to a larger room... read more at no charge and without asking. The room was very clean and quiet. Not super fancy but perfect! The free cooked-to-order breakfast was delicious. We even saw deer in the yard and also behind the building. Close to restaurants and shops too! We highly recommend the Alpine Lodge and hope to stay here again soon!

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We were in room 107 and it was spacious, clean and we loved being able to park right outside the door. Plus the snow falling in the morning was beautiful (mid October visit). We wished for a longer stay! So we will be back!

  Let me preface this by saying that we stay in Marriott properties whenever we travel. However, Red Lodge, being a small town, did not have a Marriott. Imagine that. 🙂... read more We chose the Alpine Lodge because it received good ratings. When we walked in, my husband grunted. Then he looked into the bathroom, scoped out the kitchenette, and pronounced it acceptable. hahahaha. We really loved it. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good, and sitting in front of our door, we were able to watch deer come out for their dinner. I would stay here again. The only negative I can mention is that there doesn't seem to be any sound proofing. I could hear the door shut in the next room (at 130 am and 330 am), and I could hear their phone. If you are a light sleeper, bring good earplugs. I am a light sleeper, and did not bring earplugs. Grr.
